Shipping Policy – RSVP Enterprises (Authorized Seller)

At RSVP Enterprises, we are delighted to bring you the exquisite collection from “The Imagination Wardrobe.” We strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your fashion pieces across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

  1. General Information

All orders for “The Imagination Wardrobe” products are placed through RSVP Enterprises (Authorized Seller) are processed and shipped from our fulfilment center(s) in India

We ship to most locations across India. During checkout, you will be able to verify if we deliver to your pin-code. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email or announced on our website.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, The Imagination Wardrobe products are typically delivered within 3–7 business days to most major cities and towns.

For remote locations or certain states, delivery may take 7–10 business days or, in rare cases, longer—depending on the area’s accessibility and the courier partner’s network.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Unexpected delays due to weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors may occasionally impact delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. 

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order for The Imagination Wardrobe products has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

You can also track your order directly from the “My Orders” section of your TIW Shop account.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after receiving your tracking number.

  1. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply, or the order may be cancelled, with a refund issued minus applicable shipping and processing charges.

  1. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to RSVP Enterprises (Authorized Seller) customer support team at info@tiwshop.in within 24 hours of the delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly, please include clear images of the damaged product and its packaging.

  1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item(s) in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
