Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- The original product tag must be attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
